The BOSS 18FI is the compact chemical pump that allows professional cleaning of the thermal power plants. Its small size allows for easy transport and quick use by service technicians, especially for residential applications.
Equipped with a sense inverter, the equipment can attack the crust from both directions, effectively removing limescale and dirt. The body of the pump is made of a plastic resistant to the chemical compounds used and consists of two parts, which facilitates maintenance. The wide mouth of the tank allows it to be filled safely and a vent valve facilitates proper use.
The pump is equipped with a transport handle that has two lateral clamps for quick and compact hose fixing for operation.
A major advantage in using this pump is the ability to quickly move the engine to another tank (Additional BOSS 18 tank). Thus, the cleaning solution can be prepared separately in a container, an acid-resistant receptacle in which it can be stored and transported to work. The engine remains fixed in both the acidic residue neutralization step and the stationary and transport period on another tank holding the neutralization solution, and positioning on the acid reservoir is done only during the cleaning operations.
This reduces the cleaning and neutralization times of the customer, solutions can be reused in many jobs, and handling and storage of the acidic solution is safe. Also, the life of the pump will increase, its engine being permanently kept without acid traces.
